Jeff Hazard, Owner & Project Coordinator

Jeff has over 30 combined years of experience in residential and commercial construction. He understands all phases of construction and is considered a master carpenter. Jeff has held many lead/foreman and supervisory positions on a variety of different home building and remodeling projects in Tennessee, Washington DC, and North Carolina. A business administration graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey, he has comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, local, state, ADA and Federal codes and S.B.C.C. Jeff and his wife Sharon, along with their two children, Kristopher and Kassandra, are longtime residents of Wears Valley in Sevierville, Tennessee. They live in the home that Jeff built more than 20 years ago.
